I do not like scary stories much.  I like funny stories and joke books.  My mom asked me what my favorite story is to read and I had to think about it, so I told her my favorite stories to read are Dr. Suess stories.  They are silly and funny and easy to read.

Another one of my favorite stories is “The Three Billy Goats Gruff.” I like that none of the goats got hurt and that the big billy goat helped his little brothers get safe.  If I had to listen to a camp fire story, then I would choose that one I think.  Or maybe a story about PJ Pumpernickel.  Those are stories my  mom made up when I was little to get me to sleep.  Sometimes she still tells me those stories.  They are kind of silly and remind me of myself.  I like hearing stories.  Not scary ones, though.

I do like some scary movies, though.  I watched Ghostbusters 2 on Friday and I was a little scared, but not much.  My mom told me she watched that movie when she was a kid and she is pretty brave for a mom, so I decided not to be scared of the movie anymore.  It is just a movie anyway and not real.

If you do not know, I do LOVE Star Wars movies and stories.  I have all of the Clone Wars cartoons on dvd and all of the regular Star War movies on dvd, too.  Those are not very good camp fire stories, though, because you can get confused if you do not understand the story or the people in the story.

I think that is all I have to say about scary stories and camp fire stories.  Thank you for reading.

My name is Allan and I am done now.
